Are you passionate about affordable housing and connected communities? Do you like to help people? Are you gifted in administration and experienced in Quickbooks? Are you looking for a part-time job? Then join our team at Salsbury Community Society as our Non-Profit Housing (NPH) Assistant.
As part of Salsbury’s commitment to being a different kind of housing operator, the NPH Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the operations of the Co:Here building. This role weaves together stewardship of the office and building, support for residents and connections to the community in alignment with Salsbury’s core values of Welcome, Solidarity, Belonging, Stewardship, and Grace.
The NPH Assistant is foundational to ensuring an efficiently run office and is often the first point of contact for both tenants and outside parties.
Reporting: This position reports to the Managing Director.
Work location: Office is the Co:Here building, 1723 Victoria Drive, Vancouver.
Work Hours: 10-15 hours over 3-4 days/week.
In partnership with another local non-profit organization, there may also be an opportunity for the successful candidate to take on additional related hours, bringing the combined workload to approximately 30 hours per week.
