What You'll Do: As the Senior Manager of Operations at Salsbury Community Society, you'll oversee the operational goals of Salsbury Community Society’s (SCS) mission to be a different kind of housing operator by providing strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring financial sustainability.

Duration and Hours: 6 month term. This is initially a part-time role (21 hours, 3 days/week) with the possibility to increase. The position reports to the SCS Board of Directors and offers a salary of $34-38+/hour (dependent on experience, competencies, and education), along with personal and health days, options for health benefits after 3 months, and a flexible work environment.


Qualifications: We're seeking a reliable team member with experience in an operational leadership role with strong strategic and financial oversight, building and tenant management, and strong interpersonal skills. Experience with the non-profit and/or housing sector is preferred.
